2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service provided by hibajjee. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. hibajjee strictly prohibits access to its platform by persons under 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 18 or above.
2.2 Age Verification
hibajjee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, hibajjee may suspend withdrawal capabilities or restrict access to certain features. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated balances will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
hibajjee is an internationally operated platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hibajjee is lawful in your jurisdiction. hibajjee makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted one account on hibajjee. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of hibajjee services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested by hibajjee. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on hibajjee. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. Where hibajjee identifies that a player holds more than one account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or wagers, and withhold any bonuses or promotional funds associated with those accounts. Winnings accrued through multi-accounting may also be forfeited at hibajjee's discretion.
3.3 Account Security & Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibajjee username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person and not to allow any third party to access your account. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you and you accept full responsibility for them.
hibajjee will never contact you to request your password by any means including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. If you receive any such request purportedly from hibajjee, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
3.4 Accurate Personal Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hibajjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, and to withhold or reverse any associated withdrawals pending investigation.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on hibajjee are subject to the following terms. We support a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hibajjee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for local MFS transactions. There is no fee charged by hibajjee on standard local MFS deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your hibajjee account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. hibajjee may require identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but hibajjee aims to complete all verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. hibajjee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if the account is under investigation for a potential breach of these terms.
Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider on receipt of a withdrawal. hibajjee does not charge a fee on standard local MFS withdrawals.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on hibajjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise specified. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in ৳ BDT. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
hibajjee is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures. hibajjee may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. hibajjee reserves the right to decline a bonus request or withdraw a bonus from any player who does not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements

Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on hibajjee. Specific rules for individual games and sports markets are published in the relevant sections of the platform.
6.1 Bet Placement
All bets placed on hibajjee are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming it. hibajjee does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the applicable sport or game rules (for example, an event being cancelled or postponed).
6.2 Odds and Prices
Odds and prices displayed on hibajjee are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In the sportsbook, if the odds on a selection change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you confirm the bet, the system will display the updated odds for your review before confirmation. hibajjee reserves the right to correct any odds that are displayed due to a technical error and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
6.3 Maximum Winnings
hibajjee applies maximum winnings limits on all betting and gaming products. These limits are published in the relevant sections of the platform for sportsbook markets and are incorporated into the game parameters for casino products. hibajjee reserves the right to reduce maximum stake or winnings limits for individual players without prior notice if exceptional circumstances warrant it.
6.4 Malfunction of Games or Systems
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, bet, or transaction on hibajjee, all affected bets and transactions may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. hibajjee shall not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from a technical malfunction. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino and gaming products on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
hibajjee maintains strict standards of fair play and lawful use. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
7.1 Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on hibajjee:
- Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation
- Laundering money or using hibajjee for any illegal financial activity
- Accessing hibajjee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your identity
- Colluding with other players in live casino or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Zero Tolerance: hibajjee has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering, and any form of collusion or system exploitation. All accounts and transactions are monitored continuously. Suspected prohibited conduct is investigated thoroughly before any action is taken.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on hibajjee is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
8.1 Ownership of Content
All content on hibajjee — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of hibajjee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The hibajjee name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of hibajjee. You are not granted any right or licence to use any trademark displayed on hibajjee without prior written permission.
8.2 Restrictions on Use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or use any content from hibajjee for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of hibajjee. Personal, non-commercial use of hibajjee content is permitted provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any unauthorised use of hibajjee content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
hibajjee's liability to players is limited as set out below. Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights.
9.1 No Warranty
hibajjee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hibajjee makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the uninterrupted availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibajjee disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hibajjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of hibajjee or from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss. hibajjee's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your hibajjee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Force Majeure
hibajjee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government action, internet infrastructure failure, power outages, civil unrest, or any other event that reasonably falls within the definition of force majeure.
Section 10
Account Closure & Suspension
Both you and hibajjee have rights to close or suspend an account. The circumstances and procedures are set out below.
10.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may close your hibajjee account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@hibajjee. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Upon receiving a closure request, hibajjee will process it within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification of identity and age, unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion arrangement (see Section 11).
10.2 Closure or Suspension by hibajjee
hibajjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation; reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting; or any other circumstance where hibajjee reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the service.
10.3 Balances on Closure
Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and there is no outstanding investigation or breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the player's most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, hibajjee reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

Any waiver by hibajjee of a breach of any provision of these terms must be in writing and shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hibajjee's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of hibajjee, you agree to first contact our support team at support@hibajjee to seek an informal resolution. hibajjee will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with hibajjee's applicable licensing framework.
